"The worse apartment I have ever stayed in! They recently got a new property management company and they are horrible. We have been without hot water for 4 days during this pandemic. The building manager is one of the rudest ladies I have spoken with, no sympathy no reinsurance they will solve this issue! We have also been without heat for months! They do not respond to Maintenance request or communicate when they are making changes! It just the worse experience I have ever had!"

"Lived there for a year and had absolutely no issues the management was amazing if we needed anything they were on it! Definitely a great place for a family to grow! Thank you everyone at mpa for being so good to us we will miss living there!"

"So this place is trash. The building manager barely gets back hold of you when you contact her. The leasing office doesn’t care about this complex. They will never get back to you. Since we have lived here we have had no heat or air since we got here. And apparently they have had bed bugs here for a year and 6 months and neglected to tell us before we moved in. Oh and no matter how many times you call and complain all they want is their money. I am 8months pregnant and yet they are refusing to fix this issue. each apartment pays different rent. Some pay 600, 725 , or 800 which is ridiculous."
