"The staff at this hotel was friendly. The remote in my room was dead and was quickly replaced by pleasant young gentlemen from the engineering department. The hotel has multiple van types ... arriving, the driver helped load and unload our luggage; however, leaving it was carry you own bag onto the shuttle and load them into the rack yourself. The same goes for getting off ... you get your own bags."

"Was looking for a weekend away and this place was perfect for that! The hotel on the inside and outside look completely renovated and modernized! The receptionist were extremely nice and accommodating and made for a very swift check-in. The lobby, the pool area, the gym and the rooms were extremely well maintained and clean! The pool and the hot tub were great! Plenty of towels available. In the room you could pull the shades for complete darkness. There was no disgusting comforter just tight white sheets with extremely fluffy pillows. You received two complementary waters! There is a safe and a refrigerator and a nice single serve coffee maker with tea and coffee pods. The bathroom was very contemporary. The gym is extremely spacious offering many types of cardio machines as well as free weights and lat pulldown machines. And it is 24/7. My one thought would be to have pool hours that open earlier than 9a. I can see that they probably do this late opening due to the fact that you can see the pool from the room balconies thus noise may become an issue for guests that overlook pool area."

"I flew in for a layover. Although I live in Michigan, I NEVER KNEW this hotel was so nice! Great rooms, friendly staff quiet! If you’re in the area, I recommend 10/10! There is also a breakfast buffet. However due to my early flight, I could not check it out. However, I am posting the hours in the pics."

"I love coming here. I love the way this hotel looks, have yet to try the bar. Pool is always clean and glistening, rooms smell and are clean. My TV would not start so I called for someone to bring me batteries and they did and even helped me figure out what was wrong with the remote turns out you have to press the buttons hard… but Overall, great experience, kind service."

"I love this place. I have stayed here over 30 nights and never had any issues. The staff is super nice and the breakfast and dinner choices are great. Jamie the Supervisor and Shelly the breakfast server are the nicest people you will ever meet. There’s a Spanish cleaner super nice as well I wish I remembered her name. I don’t stay here only because is clean and it’s a nice hotel but because of how they make me feel when I walk through the door and how they treat me while I’m here. Well managed hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a phenomenal job!"
