"As soon as the $50 application fee was paid I was contacted, & they requested a co-signer making 5x the rent! I’ve never heard of any apartments asking for your income to be 5x the rent. That’s just ridiculous. So at this point 1)it’s racial profiling or 2)are you just collecting application fees???"
"REPEATED CAR BREAK INS! Dated fixtures, old appliances, poor maintenance of units( i.e poor paint jobs carpet installation, QC, etc) & bulk trash left around dumpsters. The rent is also more expensive than many other apartment complexes in the area. Finally, my unit looked nothing like the pictures, which I expected(check older reviews). However, if you have to be near the airport or in Romulus it could work. They do make you give 60 days notice as if you’re in a lease agreement if you’re paying month to month… which defeats the purpose of the month to month premium. Most places only require 30 days… meanwhile you have others getting evicted over there almost monthly. Not to mention whatever smell your neighbors have( like weed) will get into your apartment"
"I live here in a spacious 2 bed 2 bath. I have no complaints about management or maintenance. I can’t control the tenants and their irresponsible behavior but living here is clean and peaceful."
"The management is terrible I’ve moved in February to a apartment I was told it was refurbished everything which isn’t the case it’s just painted over nothing is truly fixed and been waiting on a door that management said was already put in for over 3 months now. Save your money I don’t recommend to anyone and especially when you have to call for a whole week just to get one simple thing."
"I've lived here for a full year now, and I have nothing but good things to say. The Property Manager is very kind and responsive with any concern we've had. The maintenance team does a great job and any work order we've submitted has been quickly and fully resolved. Parking can be limited when there are a lot of people in the complex, so I suggest getting a covered spot like I did. I would definitely recommend living here- friendly neighbors too!"
