"I just called today to inquire about a 1b/1br and Diane was so sweet and helpful and she made me laugh. She answered everything I asked and gave me all the information I'd need to apply. I've never called a leasing office and had someone be so helpful before. Definitely gives high hopes!!"
"Diana the leasing agent is absolutely terrible. Each and every month she asked for additional payments for literally any and everything! Please make sure you keep up with your receipts to be able to cover your tracks. her as well as the maintenance man is veryyy nosey. And always in my apartment WITHOUT permission. And if you call a higher up you will not get any help! bug infested! & overall a horrible living experience."
"I am an older black woman with very good credit. I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment which led me to this place because of their ad. I met with Diane( older woman) who quickly said no we don't have anything. A lady of few words. I Gave this place 1 star because your customer service could have been a little bit better example: We don't have anything at this time but here's an application. With all the complaints about Diane and she is still there says a lot about this company"
