"First impressions are a big deal, first thing I notice is office door lock is broke. Well that should be a priority. I waited to speak to the leasing person because she was care of other tenants while two other staff just chatted away. Felt like the lady that took care of me wasn’t to excited about getting me in. When I finally applied I never received a call from the office just an email. Where on credit history I was denied without a chance to explain those circumstances. I am a newly divorced single mom who makes good $$ just looking for a place that will take my daughter. I loved the apartment setup but just the staff were so nonchalantly hating their job. The never gave me a chance to explain my life circumstances."

"Prepare to experience everything from mendacious office staff, who will do anything to save face. To bigoted neighbors who are given preferential treatment by that same office staff.Take your money somewhere else. There's probably less of a headache, hazard, and annoyance 5 minutes up 94W. They will over charge, and even charge you for things that you are not federally required to pay. The police are always driving through here, and the "security" that they have doesn't do anything but flash bright lights in your face all day. I've witnessed security casually drive past a fight breaking out near my unit. There is constant garbage, and glass in the parking lot. You will never know peace because of how poorly insulated the apartments are. Temperature and noise regulation are nonexistent. Make this apartment your VERY last resort."

"This place is terrible. They are unprofessional and sneaky. They say one thing and do another. One of the maintenance men was sneaking into my apartment the first few months. I would come home and my lock would be sideways instead of straight up and down and things in the apartment would be out of place. When I called the office about it, it coincidentally stopped. Make sure you keep EVERY RECEIPT FROM RENT PAYMENTS. The whole time living here was hell for me, feeling like I had to look over my shoulder and since the 3rd month in when I got a notice for nonpayment of rent. Apparently their system made it seem like I hadn’t paid rent since I moved in. If I hadn’t had those receipts I would’ve had an eviction on my record. It also had roaches from the time I moved in to the time I moved out (1.5 years) no matter how much I kept my place clean and called for the exterminator to come. They sent him out twice but they would always come back. They pretend like they care about you and will work with you but will go behind your and do the exact opposite. I ended up having to leave due to noise complaints that I spoke with the manager about and he told me everything would be worked out and we would start fresh. Just to receive a Tenancy Termination a week later and he tell me he didn’t know it was sent. All they care about is getting as much money out of you as possible!"

"This place is extremely deceitful. I was just put out this past week because I fell behind on rent but made an agreement with management to pay a certain amount until I got caught up. I communicated with the 3rd party lender about my hardship and she assured me that she was there to help then two days later I get hit with a 24hr eviction notice. Management will tell you over the phone your approved but once you come in to sign your lease it’s oh you have to go through our 3rd party co-signer to sign your lease and pay an extra $300 on top of your deposit. The bailiff informed me that Nicole rented out my apartment before I was even served the eviction and in case anyone is wondering why the downstairs units have no windows is because they evict so many tenants that the movers figured it would be easier to remove the screens so they can slide the furniture through windows onto the lawn. They’re getting sued and exposed on the news. They’re scum!!!!!"
