"Stay away from this place. My kids and I don’t sleep at night. My neighbor upstairs keeps moving furniture from left to right in the middle of the night. I have complained numerous times about it., but nobody do nothing about it. This place used to be nice when we moved in 6 years ago but now it’s a joke. I can’t wait for my lease to be over.."
"Beautiful units and great location! Super close to all your amenities (Target, Aldi, Marshalls and a lot more!). Staff is friendly and polite and the new maintenance team has been fast and efficient! Overall great area to live!"
"me and my boyfriend waited over 2 weeks to get in contact with someone just to tour. once we finally had a tour scheduled they advised me i needed to call back the number once i arrive due to not having a leasing office. i did so 4 times and got absolutely no response. waited for 20-30 minutes and left."
"They are remodeling empty apartments. They have also replaced old carpet on stairs and hallways. Some apartments will have newer appliances, but all of the apartments only have one bathroom....no master suites. They have increased their monthly rent to match most of the higher rates of other apartments, but most of those offer master suites so that you can have 2 bathrooms. It seems as if this place changes management often, so there's little consistency with repairs and follow-up."
"I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it. Never had any issues so it did not bother me at all that there was no onsite management. I loved my apartment. Huge bedrooms with walk in closets the size of another bedroom. My unit had a brand new central AC unit installed a month after I moved in. I was lucky to be in a VERY quiet building until the last few months. Unfortunately, the price jump due to renovations forced a lot of us out so that is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. ( I could have lived here for years to come) The location is perfect- you just have to get used to people that don't know how to drive on Ford Rd. If you can get past the price of rent, you will be so happy with this apartment. I would be happy to move back in down the road. I miss it already!"
