"Myself and husband came from KY to visit for my husband birthday. I was very disappointed with the room was not clean. The most disappointing was we got locked out of our room. The key card was not working so I went to the front desk to let them know our key card was not working. The front desk clerk was very helpful she comes to our room to try her master key which also does not work. She tells us let me call the owner so they can help with the issue. At this time we are an hour from our plans to leave out for our destination. The owner finally arrived and stated there is no more rooms available and he will have to break in the room to open the door. He finally got the door to open. I asked him what will the hotel do for my inconvenience and basically nothing and said I can go to another hotel. Ridiculous service"
"I was very unhappy with my experience at this hotel. The bed, bedding and blankets were very discussing. The tub was not cleaned and had hair throughout it was plugging the drain. Floors were filthy and the walls and ceiling had stuff all over it. The door key didn't work for the second night and had to get it turned back on. False advertising on the site. We got no breakfast and the coffee was gross. We had one nasty chair to sit on and has to cover it with a towel. The towels and wash clothes were nasty. Like they had not been washed and had hair all over them. I would like a full refund like your website offers."
"Rooms were dirty.. (we tried 3 different room that were available. ) pick best of the three which the fridge didn't work (I ended up fixing later and cleaning it out.) tub drain was slow, I ended up digging massive amount of hair out of it to get to go down. Found trash in room later from previous people. Fixed soap tray in shower (was just leaning on handrail and fell when got bumped). Towels were all stained. Was worst room we have ever stayed at. Had it not been late (11pm) we would have just found something else!!!"
