"For almost 15 years we stayed at Pilgrims Village , we felt secured and safe with guidance and supervision of Mr and Mrs Smothers. Just like today, early in the morning we had an issue with the water system maintenance immediately address the problem and replaced with a new one. Maintenance are very professional and very respectful. Aside from attentive staff, Ms Caroline is always eager to help and assist without discriminating us. We are very thankful and great full for making our home a comfortable and safe place to stay. We appreciate your early morning, daytime and evening rounds to ensure everything is at its best for the good of each residents. Rent is a lil pricey but it’s worth it knowing your place is safe and peaceful."
"I cannot find enough words to thank the maintenance team ( malek and joe) they came and they changed the hot water heater for my mom who has health problems sadly. As soon as I met them a day before and I told them I have a problem with the hot water tank, Malek said right away ( I will be there right now) then after he seen it, he told me this job will be done by tomorrow at 9:00am I will come knock on your door and do it first thing in the morning and that’s what happened the next day! I texted him at 8:30 am and I asked him, if he was still coming at 9:00 cause my mom has to go through nursing home and there’s schedules have been set up already and the fact that I have to fix my time for them too and his response was “ I’m on my way” I really appreciate these guys they did the job super fast, super quiet , and kept the job clean!! they did a professional job And I can’t find enough kind words to thank these gentlemen"

"I love it here at Pilgrim Village Apartments! I moved in a few days ago, and the staff here have all been VERY kind and helpful, and the apartment is perfect, everything works great, and looks great. The neighbors have been friendly, and the maintenance team was quick to hook up my dryer on the first day. My experience has been wonderful! Great, great place to live!"
