Fairway Club Apartments

"We lived at these apartments from 2018-2023. It was such a great experience. The apartments are clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the apartment staff became like family. We only left because my husband got a new job out of state. It was our first home married and where we brought our first baby home too. This place holds special memories for us and we’re so thankful to have lived there for five years. Rent is reasonable for being in Canton and it’s a bonus that you only pay electric on top of rent. I wish there would have been washer and dryers in the apartments but the apartment laundromat area was always so well kept that it wasn’t an issue. Also wish there was more space in the kitchen but there’s always ways to get around that if you get creative. Great place to live if you’re looking for somewhere in Canton."

"Fairway Club is superior to most other apartments I have previously lived in, and my partner and I loved living there! Bedbug, noise, and maintenance issues were non-existent, and the rent is fairly reasonable. I only wish that the kitchens had more storage room."

"Been here for a little over here and for it to be my first apartment, it’s been an amazing experience. I can they’re really attentive to the needs of the tenants. Everyone is friendly from management to maintenance. It’s more of a family atmosphere than anything. Keep up the amazing work guys."

"We lived here for almost 3 years and did not have a single complaint. Free heat and water. Maintenance is prompt to respond to needs and very friendly. Rachel is amazing and takes personal care of the grounds, I’ve even seen her shovel snow in the winter! In home laundry would be ideal and is something Rachel has been advocating for for years, so maybe it’s a work in progress! Thank you Rachel for always making us feel like home."

"The units are on the newer side and very roomy. The 12 free golf games per year next to the neighborhood course is amazing. The staff is small but friendly and do their absolute best to accommodate you when you have an issue. When my A/C died on the hottest week of the year in July 2019 (only 3 months after I moved in), they ordered a brand new unit for me, but because they had another issue at a different unit (large pipe burst) that took priority, which I understood. They put a portable A/C unit in my bedroom in the meantime and the community manager, Rachel, said they would pay my whole electric bill that month due to the inconvenience of having to wait a week without mainline A/C while the unit was shipping. Outstanding service and care. This is the only apartment complex I've lived in where I was genuinely sad to leave (new job). Rachel and her team are awesome! Easy 5 stars!"
