Harbour Village Apartments

"I have been living here since 2019 over more than 4 years. I really love the community and the maintenance is one of the best. Sadly the leasing office won't allow you to move to new apartment or if you want to change the apartment after 4 years, even though if you are willing to pay the transfer fee of 500$. So if you move in to a apartment then you might have to live with it until you move of the community. Pretty absurd rule. I wonder why they have the 500$ transfer fee if they don't do any transfers. The leasing office told me they currently don't allow any transfers. I thought park place was the worst, guess these guys might overtake them soon. Will be moving to northville woods just because they didn't allow me to transfer to new apartment even after 4 years of living in the same apartment."

"I recently moved into this community and have been nothing but impressed with my experience so far. The management is incredibly helpful, always on top of things, and easy to contact when needed. The landscaping and overall appearance are top notch and everything is in working order. My apartment was fully updated with all new appliances, and carpeting before I moved in as promised, and maintenance was quick to fix very minor issues. The community is quiet, and everybody is very kind, I am so glad I chose to move here! ETA: Be warned, rent has increased by about 8% year-over-year since I have moved in and no opportunity is given to residents to lock in a better rate, hence the downgrade to 4 stars from 5."

"This place is located beautifully closer to freeways, big department stores, gym, gas stations, restaurants and their own lake. The views are outstanding. Working with the leasing office is very easy. Be it coming in for apartment viewing or documentation, they were always on top. Denise and Ashley are always there to help you with anything. Enough open parking spaces for overflow or guests. Swimming pool is open from May to September. Grass is maintained regularly. Snow cleaning is on time and additional salt is located all over the community for winter months. Maintenance service is prompt. Apartment layout is nice but the walls of apartment are very thin. You won’t be able to play TV sound to enjoy that movie night with your loved one without disturbing your neighbors. You can sometimes hear neighbors talking or dogs barking if everything around is quiet. Overall a great place to live and I would definitely recommend you to move here if you are looking for place."

"I moved here in 2019, I love my apartment it's very spacious and comfortable. I have very nice neighbors, and the staff is very professional and nice as well. I can not leave out the maintenance staff, they are great. The only thing I wish is that they would update the kitchen appliances in the units that tenants already live in. The lake is beautiful and area is very quiet. I just love my apartment."

"It was a pleasure living at Harbour Village! It was the peaceful haven my family needed. The apartment was recently updated with new appliances and in great condition. The walls are thick so you don't hear your neighbors. The view of the lake and pines is gorgeous! The pool is very relaxing and is open until 9pm. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and attentive to all requests! I highly recommend this complex!"
