"Update: 2/20/2024: In response to management: You have a leasing agent name Ruth Cole. African American, who was working on Saturday afternoon. She told me she has only been employed for 3 weeks. You wouldn’t find my name in your database as your agent was too incompetent to collect any info from me, which I thought was odd. Typically agents have you complete a card. She took my drivers license and handed me keys and a map to the location of the model unit. The keys didnt work so i had to walk back to the office to ask that she accompany me. She was annoyed that she had to leave her desk to accompany me. Her keys didnt work as well. I know exactly what property I was at and who I talked to. Just had a negative experience with viewing the property with Ruth. A normal question is to ask what units will be available around my targeted move date. She mentioned two. When I asked for details on those two in terms of cost and layout, she looked annoyed and advised it was time consuming for her to look at the website to give that information to me. She advised that I could do that on my own . Ma’am I didnt drive to your location for an attitude. Arent you a leasing agent??I sat there until she gave me the information I requested. She quickly got the information. Unbelievable rude. With all of the negative reviews of the place its too bad that the customer service sucks as well."

"I love my apartment unit, my view is spectacular. I always appreciate the professionalism and transparency that the office staff displays. I especially like to thank Yoshi for always listening and showing genuine concern regarding my issues and try her best within her ability to get my issues resolved or forward my concerns to the appropriate staff. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with Park Place but there are opportunities for improvement related to attending to minor/ moderate maintenance issues ."
