Swan Harbour Apartments

"I have lived here for just about a year and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. The location is at the best of the Northville, 3 mins drive to Haggarty road and really close to everything I needed - Costco, AMC, Trader Joes, Meyer, Shake Shack, Chick Fila, Home Depot, Planet fitness, etc., all within 5-10 mins drive. The staff is fantastic, and the maintenance team has always been very, very, very fast and responsible. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home."

"Swan Harbor Apartments are one of the best apartments I have ever lived. Leasing office staffs are super awesome. Maintenance is very good. Enough parking spots. It is located near to all good restaurants, bars, grocery stores on Haggerty. I had a wonderful time there. In winters, they clean the snow before you wake up. You will never face hardship during winters. I would highly recommend Swan Harbor for anyone who is looking for apartments in Northville / Novi / Farmington area."

"Lived here for a couple years, the units are priced competitively especially given the square footage. Maintenance and the office are nice to deal with and responsive and free covered parking is always a plus, even though it's a bit cramped. For 2BR units the master bedroom is AWESOME, but the kitchen is placed awkwardly in a corner behind a wall with subpar counterspace. The north facing unit I had also got very little sunlight. But overall I would recommend at least checking the place out. The pond is nice, but there's no good way to walk around it."

"We've been at Swan Harbor for a year and have absolutely loved it! The area is very quiet but conveniently close to a lot of places, like downtown Northville, which always has great things to do. The service has also been great. Any maintenance issues we've needed help with have been resolved quickly and on the first attempt. We highly recommend Swan Lake to anyone looking for an apartment in the Northville area."
