"We really enjoyed living at Maincentre. Parking underground on a secured lot was great and keyed entry in to building added great security. Also the staff are wonderful. Christina, Tony and Eric were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. All in all it was a wonderful experience!"

"Lived here for 3 years. Can't beat the location, in the heart of a quiet but lively downtown area with tons of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, library, walking trails, a Kroger and a CVS all walkable, plenty of downtown festivities (multiple festivals, parades, and community events) are steps from your home. Management was always available and helpful, we had a few maintenance issues over the years but the staff was always prompt and would fix issues as quickly as could be expected. Parking is convenient, private, covered and enclosed, always plenty of spots. Units are being renovated as tenants move out, so you can be confident that everything in your unit will be close to, if not brand new. Definitely on the higher end price wise, but if location is important to you, Maincentre can't be beat in the area. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!"

"MainCentre apartment community has an array of amazing attributes, including the most appealing to me and that is the walkability lifestyle! I literally park my car on Friday and do not use it all weekend. Northville's premier apartment community is at the center of a vibrant downtown full of highly rated restaurants, coffee shops , pubs and boutiques that satisfies all my shopping needs including a major high end grocery store. It does not take much to convince my friends and family to visit me because of all of what Northville has to offer. I have a front row seat to festivals and parades and I am a few steps away from beautiful parks and seasonal concerts. MainCentre has been my home for over 5 years and I am always well rested because I am living in one of Michigan's safest neighborhood and my vehicles are secured in locked underground parking. This community has an on-site modern fitness center and a brand new clubhouse with a state of the art kitchen. The staff is very responsive , professional and friendly. I love living in the heart of the amazing neighborhood of Northville at MainCentre. The very secure building has been update in 2016 with shaker style cabinets and granite counter tops. The garden and city views are amazing and I highly recommend Singh Maincentre apartments in the middle of this vibrant downtown community."
