North Hills Village Apartments

"Me and my family lived here for 10 years and the only reason we moved was that we got a house. The apartments are larger than anything else you'll find (1200 sqft), and the rent is much lower than the surrounding area. The management and maintenance people are very nice and accommodating. Anytime we had an issue they immediately took care of it. Its also really nice having a pool in the summer! Downtown Northville is a mile bike ride away. Northville schools are some of the best in the state. 9 mile and center street are slow roads so its safe for children. We are so grateful to have lived here. All of our neighbors were really nice and you can tell that its mostly families and elderly living here. You wont regret living here, I still miss my view of the large backyard with the dolphin statue sometimes. Thanks Annette, Callie and Bill!"

"This place is great for rent and the apartment is also very spacious as compared to the rent they charge. The only problem with this apartment is that there is only one lady named Annette in the leasing office and she is extremely arrogant and barely available. The only problem we faced was she was never available and whenever she was she was very rude. Unfortunately she is only one you have to coordinate with and there are no other members in the leasing office to attend. So you have to bear with her tantrums everytime sadly to get your work done."

"I was denied under false pretenses. Did not accept my application after submitting my credit rating which was above their requirements, my rental history for the past 14 years is excellent, my yearly salary is three times the amount of the yearly rental rate. Someone else reported the owners as racist, and I can't say I disagree."

"This is a great place for the rent that is asked as it's very much below market price. Maintenance is phenomenal and they fix stuff within the same day in some cases. I highly recommend living here if you don't mind being a bit far away from the highways."

"Lived here 2 years so far ....2 bedroom ...10 closets....1200 square feet....quiet and safe. Only 4 units per building so we all know each other...some have been here for 20 years!!!"
