"I have lived here for almost 6 months. I like to live in the Franklin Palmer Apartments. It's a quiet and safe area. It's a great place to live and a good locality. It's close to all the places such as grocery, sports, parks, restaurants, movies, and library. The rent is reasonable. The property managers are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Jason is kind, patient, and helpful. I appreciate Jason's support."
"Awesome community. The area is safe, feels like home and the overall maintenance supervised by our recent manager Jason is incredible. There are many nearby places like Walmart , Kroger, Meijer, Busch Canton Public Library, Heritage park, Freedom park, religious places, restaurants etc. If anyone out there is searching for apartment to live in with or without family, I will highly recommend to try out this apartment."

"I haven't been living here long but it's a very nice apartment. I have a 1 bedroom with 2 small children and I can say, it's very spacious for being a 1 bedroom with 2 small children ☺️ the neighbors are quiet and friendly. I love how close major stores are but far enough away from all the traffic. I also want to say how nice Jason is! He did an amazing job getting us an apartment so fast and was so understanding to my situation. I appreciate him to the MAX and I'm so thankful!"
"We living in Franklin Palmer since 2022. It's a great place to live and a good locality with very calm and peaceful. It is close to all the places you would want to go to - groceries, library, sports, Temple, parks, restaurants, movies, and entertainment. The rent is reasonable and heating, water, and trash are included in the rent except the insurance. The property managers are friendly, helpful, and responsive. During my initial few months, Holly was in charge of the apartment, later in 2023 Jason joined as a new manager and he improved a lot in the overall apartment locality. If we send an email/call to Jason for any maintenance issue/problem he will take the bottom-level responsibility to resolve the issues. Jason is kind, patient, and eager to help. I appreciate Jason's response and support."
