"We've lived here for nearly 3 years and honestly I've enjoyed it. It is extremely quiet, the grounds are nice and management is really understanding and helpful. They have a small maintenance crew that has been the same since we moved in. This is a plus because we have established a rapport with Kyle and Jake, they are nice and respectful. They always remove their shoes and they work in two's to make the job a lot faster. My fridge recently went out in a snow storm, and they came right over to replace the old one with a new one. I'm very happy with the time I've spent here and would recommend it to family and friends."
"My family and I moved to Michigan in March. From the first phone call to Christina in December, we knew Turnbury apartments were perfect for us. Since arriving in March we have had a wonderful experience. Christina and all of the Turnbury staff are so kind, professional and helpful. Our neighbors are nice and the grounds are lovely. We are totally enjoying our Turnbury apartment experience."
"Overall, I really like this apartment complex. It feels like a quiet and older community and all the maintenance staff are really friendly and helpful. The only drawback that I've experienced in the last 26 months is I'm now looking for a house and there's no assistance with the lease agreement upon finding a home or extending the current lease for a few months in the case of a home being found and still in the process of closing. If there were agreements in there for upstanding tenants, I would definitely give this place a solid 5 stars"
"RUN!!!!!! To keep it short, - Rudest management - Thinnest walls - Zero security - Dirty Pool The management people are the most rudest, will treat you like you are living for charity, and never take their word, always ask them to put it in writing, they are very dishonest. some girls in the front desk are good, but ask them to talk to the manager (who is the decision maker) she will surely treat any one like sh***. abut the apartment, they are very spacious, good floor plans, but build with card board, you will be able to hear your neighbors talking walking and what ever happens in the night. and you will no longer need a TV service. because you can directly hear the commentary through the walls. Security- there is always random people walking around the compound, break ins and vandalism is common. so better go somewhere else."
