"Campus Court Parking is soooooo bad... That you can never find a place to park and it will regularly get so bad that you'll have to park at WMU's hockey parking lot where you will get ticketed even though you are parked in guest parking. That you'll decide it's easier to walk the 15 minutes to WMU's campus than risk giving up your parking spot when you do finally find a place to park. That you'll get towed every time Campus Court randomly changes its parking rules to limit the number of parking spots available, forcing you to pay hundreds of dollars to get your car back. That Campus Court will charge you 20 dollars a month to have a specialty reserved parking space so you can keep your car close to your apartment. But they're too lazy to pour concrete for the signs so TWICE people steal the sign post and all. The definition of stupidity when you can't learn from your mistakes. That your car will get broken into multiple times and shootings will occur just up the road while you're living at Campus Court. Don't live here, save yourself the headache."

"I Love living in Campus Court. My apartment is amazing the staff is friendly and very engaging with residents. Also, the gym is spectacular. My main concern with student living has always been maintenance requests and campus court has been very quick with the completion of work orders."

"Parents be careful! This place is very poorly run. They come up with charges they shouldn't have. I still have a $175.00 charge on my credit report for a bill we did not owe. I refuse to pay it, but of course I also have the blemish. My daughter was going to Western and stayed there for three years. Unfortunately, the girls my daughter share the apartment were high school friends and she didn't want to move. The other parents and I battled with them all three years over frivolous charges. The girls that work in the office were always very nice but didn't have the authority to help, they were mostly students and really didn't want to be involved which I understood. Getting help from upper management was impossible. I would really try to find a different place to live! Update response: You had plenty of opportunity to make her stay a better place, but you didn't want to. She has graduated from school so there's really nothing that can be done. I just hope that in the future you don't treat students like you treated mine."
