"The maitance man called me a slur. Leasing office thrented me with the police for reporting it. Blatant homophobia. This is not a safe space for LGBTQ+ family's. Don't rent form this place."
"9 months after first review...new owners again. buildings are ran off radiator heat so it runs at all times you cannot control thermostat! ( there are no trap to shut heat off once it reaches you preferred temp) Even in summer heat runs. heat most times it stays around 77 up to 81....ughhh! Others say there place is only 60 and its freezing. Either way its awful!!! Update 2/26 IF owners are willing to pay heat will be repaired in spring/summer but no control of your temp. Until then so it remains to be seen. I will update."
"Love it here! Only 3 buildings with 6 apartments each. So no rift raft like big apartment complexes. Easy pay washer n dryers in each building no toting around your laundry outside. Covered parking available & extra storage both dirt cheap to rent. Everyone I've interacted with matience, leasing office & other neighbors all respectful. Only downfall is apartments need some upgrades."
"Relatively new ownership has worked to keep units well maintained. There are some very friendly tenants here that look out for each other. Options include covered parking and additional storage. Laundry is on site, and pets are allowed. Great green space is out front of every building for outdoor activities."
