"Complete Chaos in every way possible. KMG PRESTIGE Management co is working with their _7th manager and _5th maintenance person in 2 years. Myself being a former tenant, I have endured experiencing 10 police cars at the building, bullets on the sidewalk, homeless in the lobby Sunday morning. Pet owners are allowed to let their animals defecate and urinate in elevators and they have allowed smoking marijuana and tobacco in the apts and hallways. There is no visitor parking, and no real enforcement of any rules. I Allowed an officer into this Secured tax credit building who stated theirs was a shooting in the building. Water running down my bedroom wall from apt above. The wifi is disrupted from the building being made of concrete and metal which are the top two building materials that disrupt wifi, the manager had to go outside to answer phone calls. Plumbing has not been fixed for 2 years. Used drug needles can be found on property. They kept my security deposit for leaving a few condiments in the refrigerator but the unit was spotless as I have OCD of being clean. Complete Train Wreck! ps. look for the cut out for ventilation in the HVAC pictures of the hallways ( none )"

"A luxury price tag for a less-than-luxury experience…unprofessional management, building in disrepair, unsafe location, and terrible residents. My roommate and I lived at Harrison Circle for just over 2 years. We moved into our unit right after the building opened and the first year was a pretty normal apartment experience. However, quickly problems with management, residents, and the building began to arise. First off, KMG Prestige is by far the worst residential management company I have ever dealt with while renting. Over the course of two years, Harrison Circle has gone through at least 5 office managers and several maintenance personnel. Every single one of them has been unprofessional and disorganized. Management doesn’t respond to emails, the office is always closed, and they rarely follow up with resident’s concerns. Moreover, management was notorious for infringing on resident’s legal rights. Furthermore, living in this building was a complete hot mess. We constantly had issues with residents and the building itself. The building is so substandard that we were always having problems with the plumbing, flooring, ceiling, walls (leaks and water damage all over the apartment), and the unit’s fixtures. Maintenance is also non-existent, so it was truly unbearable dealing with issue after issue. Lastly, the residents in the building were atrocious. They do not have respect for the building nor other residents. Residents would let their animals relieve themselves in the building, they constantly left trash all over the place, and there were always disturbances in the building. The police were here frequently breaking up arguments or documenting things. In addition, over the course of two years, my roommate and I had thousands of dollars of packages and personal property stolen. The theft in the building was so bad that we stopped delivering packages to the building altogether. Management never did anything about these problems and they always made an excuse as to why it wasn’t their problem. PS….the building only has 24-hour video recording. This means that every day the security system deletes and records over the previous day’s video footage at midnight. Due to this, the police could never do anything about the excessive theft or damage to resident’s property. Overall, Harrison Circle is not worth the headache or the exorbitant price. For the same price, you can live in an actual luxury apartment downtown like the Exchange, 400 Rose, or the Peregrine. Please do your research and avoid living here!"

"Their units are small in my opinion and the rent is high. They do except the housing voucher here at Harrison Circle. Management is ok. Work orders for maintenance is taking a bit longer then normal atm. Management does work with you with certain issues which is nice. For the most part, it's a good place to live and they do accept animals but with a deposit. Friendly people live here which is nice as well. People basically stay to themselves. I would give living at Harrison Circle ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 stars."

"Do not move here. People continuously enter your apartment without permission/previous knowledge. Items get stolen with no repercussions. Save yourself a headache and find a better place. What is supposed to be a secure safe building with cameras everywhere is anything but that."
