"Lisa 10/10 She’s very nice and caring. Maintenance has definitely gotten better. They come within 24 hours of being requested, unless it’s emergency, they come quicker. As for the reviews about roaches and bedbugs… I’ve never seen either of those the 2 years I’ve been here. I am also a clean person, so that could be why. Only gave 4 stars mainly because of the annoying neighbors."
"Nice place for students who wish to live off campus. Property manager Lisa is quite prompt & helpful along with her team. Would just take one star off the rating, for the building conditions as it's an old construction which is understandable, they are undergoing renovations in phases currently. Keep it up Princeton Management!"
