"Horrible experience don’t fix things and we get charged for it they say they use the same carpet for the new movers which is disgusting!! Also it’s not safe there do not live here! There has been so many shootings outside of our place and break ins and they don’t do anything about it! Stay away and find a better place trust me!"
"When things have needed fixed around the townhouse they usually fixed to our satisfaction, if there was a problem it was shared in a follow up phone your office conducted. Noise problem with racing vehicles through drive and parking lot. Windows are old and rattle with the wind. Air constantly leaks through. Good thing heat is free, although electricity is not. Would greatly appreciate installation of water softener, as the water stains toilets, showers, etc. Thanks for providing carpet cleaning after years of residency. Any thought to checking vents at the same time you do a yearly furnace filter check/replacement? Some complexes in the area have switched from mostly carpet to main floor laminate. Do you know how this is holding up with constant turn over of residents as far as wear and tear? Is this a thought as updates continue to be made? If yes, what assistance would be offered to move/store furniture during the process. I do appreciate the availability of laundry hook-up as this makes it so much more convenient. One more thing, the staff with whom we have had contact from the beginning have been courteous, respectful, and helpful."
"I do not recommend anyone renting from MOUNT ROYAL unless it's life or death. They don't fix anything how they're supposed to. They don't take care of the tenants but yet want they're money on time. They don't upgrade things that need to be upgraded. Our unit has flooded numerous of times because of the man holes backing up. Poop this last time coming out to be exact. Mold on the windows. The majority of things in this unit is from the 70's. DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HVE CHILDREN!"
