"After handing in an application and getting charged the application fee, the office staff LOST my application. You would think a document with sensitive personal information would be kept safe. Communication is also impossible. Over 2 months I have received 2 emails. Nobody can respond, nobody answers the phone, and I have never received a call back on my concerns. I had such high hopes for this place and I am very disappointed. IF you decide to apply- do it online and keep your receipt as I did (even though it didn’t matter)."
"I've lived here for ten years while in graduate school and have recommended it to many, many people. It's a small, quiet and safe complex with friendly front office staff and a very responsive maintenance team. I've never found anywhere to beat the price and accommodations!"
"I have lived at chestnut hills apartments for almost a year now and i truly love it!! This is my first apartment and not only is the rent reasonable but the environment is truly relaxing and well worth the price. The walls are thick and i rarely ever hear or see my neighbors, the apartment is nice and spacious and the location is prime. Carly, the apartment manager, is very attentive and nice and was so patient with me when i was first moving in and asking a million questions. Overall, I have had no issues so far and love it!"
"I've lived here since October 2018 and My experience has been nothing but incredible. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance crew does an excellent job of keeping up on things. The apartments are laid out super nicely and there is plenty of space. My brother and his wife have also lived here for just over a year and we all love it!"
