"We had a great experience here! DelAnn and her colleagues help us a lot on the date of move-in, even it was past 6pm, they still try to help us carry the package to our apartment. And the other date she explain in detail what to know for this new apartment just so we can understand what to expect for the upcoming year. The space in our room is bigger than we thought and we are happy about it. I’ll definitely recommend staying at Drakes Pond!"

"10/10 — This apartment community has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The unit I’m in has tons of natural light and space. There’s also easy access to many shops and restaurants nearby. DelAnn is wonderful, she helped my roommate and I through the process of renting the unit."

"Drakes Pond is a great community to live in. When I knew that I'd be moving to Kalamazoo, I gave the front office a call and Colin was very helpful with answering all my questions and finding the unit that fit all of my needs. The buildings are old, so it was no surprise to me that a few things needed to be fixed when I moved in. The important thing to me is that the maintenance team was very quick to respond and fixed everything I asked them to. They also hold happy hours once a month. As a social person, I enjoy talking with my neighbors and the staff (and also enjoying a few free drinks lol). I think for how spacious the apartments are, all the amenities they offer, and a staff that takes care of things quickly, Drakes Pond is a great place to live."

"We lived here for a year in a 3 bedroom and had a very good experience. The amenities and neighborhood is what makes this place! Huge indoor gym facility with beautiful indoor pool, the outdoor pool is also well kept. The ponds are beautiful, and it feels nice and tucked away from the busy street. Never had to call maintenance the entire time we lived there, the apartment was massive. And we felt very safe living here. Only things I will say is that I wish they had more updated kitchens/bathrooms. Our unit was fairly old looking considering the price we paid. And being that the apartments have an indoor hallway connecting them, we could often hear our neighbors while sitting in our living room. The walls were not sound proof, and the halls would echo. With a few updates this place would be 5 stars!"

"We moved to Michigan from North Carolina and ended up in a horrifying living situation. The INCREDIBLE and PATIENT team at Drake’s Pond worked tirelessly to help get us into a new home. Susan and Collin went above and beyond to not only get everything set up for our family regarding the residence but to love on our littles in the process. The apartment is clean, the fixtures are nice, it feels safe and cozy and is a spacious floor plan. Our whole family is excited about the amenities and I cannot say enough about the kindness and quality of the customer service with the leasing team. 100% recommend."
