"The staff here at Western Pines care a lot about their tenants and it shows: Response times from the office are quick, the people are friendly and always happy to help, and all in all the atmosphere of the complex is nothing short of phenomenal! I'm so happy with the time I've spent here at Western Pines, and I can say with certainty that this is a place I'm happy to call my home."
"The apartments are actually kind of nice, i wouldn't say the safest though and there is a bit of rancid smell inside, however, that should be the least of your worries as there is a nasty blonde condescending female dog sitting around in that office building. but other than that its not too bad at all! :)"

"Regarding the floor, I'm not sure who you have to re-do the flooring but vinyl can very much be patched, working as a contractor I've done it before myself and also have had family friends have it done for them. I did not have a great experience living here...car was broken into twice (once was my own fault car was unlocked I take accountability on that) my car was also backed into but was not able to find who did it since there are no cameras present anywhere (should be considering the area these apartment's are located in) and I don't expect there to be anytime soon regarding the conversation we've already had about this. My recommendation to anyone considering these apartments is to document and take pictures of every single problem in the apartment before moving anything in because they will charge you for the things that were already there before you, take your money and then based off some of the other reviews not use it to repair what you are paying for. "Have lived here for a while. Management is not very organized, make sure you get everything in writing. The gym is pretty new so that is nice. Neighbors are normally pretty chill. Don't expect maintenance to be available or fix the issues in your unit. Usually just a quick duct tape method. Overall not a horrendous place to reside but I hope my next play is a little more nice and truthful."
