"I was a resident of Parkway Flats for four years. I had moved to the area for work. I initially felt welcomed but it seemed management was like a revolving door and there was a new property manager every few months, so I rarely knew who was in charge. Although the apartment is non-smoking, they did not monitor the policy and the building I was in smelled like a mixture of cigarette and weed smoke every day. It was nice that they had a pool but the pool was under maintence frequently during peak hours , I rarely got to enjoy it. For the price, it was not worth it, there are better options in Kalamazoo."
"Maegan was so great from start to finish! She was able to answer all of our questions and was so patient as we figured out what we wanted our of our apartment. We went and toured the model unit and though she was out of office, she made sure we were set up and ready for our trip to the west side. Maegan went the extra mile to call us ahead of time to let us know that Chris was handling our tour. We thought that was so kind and professional of her - Chris was great as well! Calls and emails from the office were returned in a timely manner. The property itself was well kept and the grounds were spotless. Excited to make this our future home!"
"Just moved in a few days ago and everyone has been so kind and accommodative. Maegan and Grant are super responsive and answers any questions you might have as soon as they can. Great, great people. The apartment is beautiful and clean upon move in. Feels very safe and has so many wonderful amenities. I can see myself being here for a long time!"
"I have been renting here for a year and I am very happy with Parkway Flats. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The pool area and gardens are nicely managed and homey. The management is also very well organized and run by a team of very friendly people. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been rapidly resolved."
