"Honestly! Dover hills is a very big scam. They send maintenance over just to mess things up more. They never answer the phone even though they are always in the office. They are so quick to evict you without checking if it’s their fault first. Scam after scam after scam. My car has been broken into 3 times and we’re supposed to have security! I have never been so tragically disappointed with a service and they are legally still able to get thousands out us. Such a bad experience here"

"Have been living here just over a year and we regret resigning our lease. To start, I was wrongly charged a renters insurance fee in September and the issue took nearly two months to resolve after calling multiple times. We placed a maintenance order in October to have a door fixed and that took a month for someone to come and we also had to call the office for that as well. Now we have a leak in our dryer vent and after calling emergency maintenance we were told they’d come in the morning and are still waiting. There are many other issues including the doggy bags being out for weeks at a time and a garbage can at their dog park that’s been overflowing with pet waste for WEEKS. While staff is friendly there is a very poor sense of urgency and overall management of the entire property."

"I was absolutely THRILLED with my experience at Dover Hills Apartments. I went in for a tour of a 2 bed/ 2 bath and not only was the sample apartment amazing but the person who gave me my tour was super helpful. She answered all my questions, made me feel valued and was overall an extremely friendly worker. I left the place thinking two things: 1) I 100% want to live here and 2) can she be my new friend. Overall I would definitely recommend checking these apartments out if you are looking for a place to live in Kalamazoo"

"I've been living in Dover Hills throughout my doctoral studies at Western Michigan University and LOVED it! Aside from the great location (7 min from campus), the area is very well kept and the staff are incredibly nice. In particular, Marissa, Bradley, and Kelsey, who are relatively new, have been incredibly helpful with any request I had. The neighborhood is great for grad students who are looking for a quiet place near campus. The gym was recently renovated and is great to have within 2 min walk from the apartment. I recommended the place to a few friends and some of them moved here too! Highly recommend!"
