"I only go to this mobile home community because my bff lives in it but I feel that everyone you come in contact with is rude and mean and it seems like you always hear from a manager but never see a manager. It's almost like no one is running the place. Very pricey to live there also. And I need to mention the neighborhood brown noser Mrs patty cakes patty cakes She's so nosey that her nose is literally covered in poo She's the drama queen /monster of the park. I personally wouldn't even consider this place until they can run her out I don't feel safe while she's around especially if I had children. She attacks ppl with bat's for no reason I wouldn't live here until they get the Ratty rodent problem taken care of She's off her meds She's a menace to society"

"Brand new mobile homes. Nice compared to other mobile home parks great place to rasie children pets are not barking its peaceful an beautifull!. Lynn lane is the quietest street no issues. Great place prices on mobile homes can be pricey but you get a beautiful place for what u paid compared to an apartment ect few rules I see alot of negative about this place must be because they got denied living here sad someone wants to be negative. "This place is ran by incompetent monkeys. They will continue to make you pay double for services that you could be paying for yourself/doing yourself, just so they can make a profit off of you. Is there a way to get out of these fees? Absolutely not! Go ahead and call/text the manager to have her completely dodge your questions and requests! Very unprofessional and unacceptable of a manager of a trailer park."
