"If I could give this place a 0 rating i would. Management sucks, building is run down. Drafty windows and doors. Black mold. Less then Bare minimum maintenance repairs. Almost $1,000 a month to live in this low maintained place sucks. Sucks having to wait for the housing market to come down. Only reason I moved in here was due to divorce and was the quickest option to move out. Now I know why there is such a high turn over rate."

We love the quiet and looking out at the woods from the windows. The apartments are clean and all the neighbors are nice as can be. My son lost his headphones outside and one of our neighbors took them in for safe keeping."
"Moved in last month and there was a slight issue with the apartment I got. Caitlin was on top of it,and moved me to another one the same day. The apartment is clean, has new carpet, and flooring. The neighbors are super nice, and it’s so quiet back here. 10/10 recommend!!"
