"It pays to read reviews. We visited the Air zoo in Kalamazoo and many of the hotels close to it had bad reviews and were more expensive. This hotel had excellent customer service. Very friendly and even made me a new key card when I lost mine. The hotel was clean. We had the pool to ourselves which was nice. Pool was warm and clean, I also saw a gentleman cleaning it first thing the next morning. The fitness room was simple, but had all you needed. Breakfast was good. No complaints."
"We’ve stayed at this hotel many times because of traveling for nearby horse shows. It’s a wonderful place. Very quiet. Great breakfast and sitting area. My kids love the pool. Very convenient, just off of 94."
"We were in town for a somber reason, but this hotel was actually a bright spot in our journey. Clean, ample rooms that were paired with a staff that was both friendly and attentive. Pool area was clean, albeit small. The location is incredibly convenient and there is access to several stores nearby to get any essentials you may have forgotten at home. The continental breakfast was on par with what you'd expect from a hotel these days. Would both recommend and stay again."
