"This place has heavy duty, industrial type tools. Rent 'em, use 'em, return 'em. It's a home town, family owned shop and the folks are friendly and helpful. A tad on the pricey side, but I've been recently reminded that it's 2022 and 16 oz glass bottles of Coke are no longer 12 cents plus deposit. Hard to beat if you like to do stuff yourself."

"Bought a new generator with 1yr warranty 3 mo ago for almost 900$, When my generator broke. He tried to replace it with a old 4300 generator or pay 450$ for a replacement. When I found out I can repair mine for 250$ . And when I called to have it resolved and ask what the point of buying a generator with a warranty. He was not only rude but condensing telling me he wasn't going to bother explaining it to me because I wouldn't listen anyway. Not my idea of customer service."
