"Been a tenant since May 2023 and manager tells me that she gets complaints from several people that I do stuff I don't do yet she won't tell me who it is...medallian management likes to raise the rent every 6 months "to cover the cost of upkeep" . Problem is they raise the rent $30 a unit and this place has 104 units.seems like it's all about the money to me. We have no place where we can gather and have meetings. In fact they try to discourage us from getting together. I call this place " little naziland"..."

"THE Maintenance and housekeeping there really is none,I call the main office and nobody returns my calls. And nothing gets done,I have asked 3 weeks too fix the main Entrance too my apartment and STILL NOT DONE,took them Two Weeks just too fix my mailbox and get me a new key.So POOR MANAGEMENT AND Maintenance and housekeeping all get 1 1/2 STARS.Not Sure how the RENT can be raised if it’s subsidized housing?"

"PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT!! Honestly just avoid this place completly.. When we moved in, there were many things wrong with the apartment which we asked maintenance to fix which still was not done.. We had to buy many things for the apartment that maintenance should have and fix.. Everytime we tried to go in to the office no one was there. Everytime we tried to call the office we'd get put to voicemail, then because they never check their voicemails we cant leave one about our issue. On a total other note we went in because my husband had a job change and we went to report it... the lanlord said the rent was around 300 dollars, we went in the following week to pay rent, and she had changed our rent to about 600 and expected us to have it in two days.. My husband had a week with out work so of course we got behind and had to go to court about the money.. Then my husband tried one more time to call and try to reach them and what does she say when she answers? You have till 9 am tomorrow to get your stuff out there was no 30 day notice no eviction notice just get out by tomorrow.. Also if you want non smoking do not live here.. The lease says no smoking yet almost every apartment smokes either ciggerettes pot or does meth or they do all three and once again the lanlord does absolutely nothing.. Seriously this place is horrible... As you can see they do not stick to the lease and they do not follow through with their words. I would give 0 stars if i could please stay away from this place i beg of you."

"Worst service ever...they don't come when you call maintenance to fix things, constantly going through property managers who don't know anything goes about the rules, constantly losing rent payments...i suggest driving all the way to kalamazoo to pay just so you can get a receipt and watch out when they do the renewal papers...they try to change the date of your lease so you never quite know when you can leave without technically breaking your lease. My ultimate advice would be to just avoid the whole place if you can!"
