"The office staff (Lauren and Toni) worked hard to accommodate us and find us the apartment we needed over the course of an entire year. The Mill maintenance cleaned our apartment and quickly handled our work orders! The staff in general is very friendly and they work hard. A good look for Mishawaka as a whole."
"Hello, I lived at the mill for about 2 years. I enjoyed living here, for a 2 bedroom apartment expect to pay a minimum of $2500 monthly. They have a nice small gym, pool n dog park. My pup loved the park but the doors close at 10 pm. Weekends make sure you don't make any noise past 9 pm or you will get a noise complaint. After a few you will be given warnings or released from your lease. If you happen to lose your key it will be a $75 charge after 2 you will get kicked out. Out of the 2 years I was there, I hadn't received a noise complaint until I put in my 1 month notice. Dont expect your deposit back, thats just wishful thinking. Anyway, if you enjoy spending most of your money on rent and fees well then this is the place for you. Enjoy life at the mill! Best wishes ❤️"

"One the best places I've ever lived in. Great, comfortable, clean and beautifully located near the river walk. Awesome amenities, safe community, friendly community, and excellent management. I didn't even tour the place before moving, I just relied on the website information which matched reality. Very sad to leave quickly for work reasons but I highly recommend this place! Absolutely Brilliant!"
"Had an awesome tour of The Mill. Toni gave us the tour for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and was extremely helpful. The units are very clean and clearly taken care of well. The amenities offered are also extremely nice!"
