"My daughter lives here on a second floor unit with one bedroom and an extra room which serves as an office for her. It works out perfectly since she works from home and twice a week her husband works from home so having that extra room is a bonus. It’s a very open and airy unit whose balcony faces a wooded area making it very private. There is an outdoor storage closet which is very nice for storing coolers, Christmas tree box etc. There is a nice sized walk-in closet with the bedroom. Washer and dryer are included in their unit. As well as a dishwasher. The pool area is fabulous for those hot summer months. They have a small dog park area for those pet lovers and right across the road is Granger Community church where there is a nice walking area. And Costco is just to the west of the complex along with many other shopping areas like UP Mall, Best Buy, Michael’s and many restaurants."
"The gentleman was very sweet, I was happy he fixed my door knob. He said it was definitely due for a change. The squeaking is gone. :)"
"The office staff is amazing. The maintenance man is friendly and prompt. The apartments are beautiful. One of the nicest apartments in the area."
"We just moved in and Molly and Lela have already made it the easiest move-in ever. They quickly respond to any questions and have been unbelievably helpful. There were a few maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were addressed before the end of our first day and everything is back in order. The apartment was nice and clean and the new flooring looks beautiful. Excited for our first year at Summer Place!"
"We lived at Summer Place for 2 years, and it was really great experience! The Maintenance staff was always willing to help and courteous, just great people! And the Office Staff? Lela and Molly are genuinely the best property managers I've ever had! 10/10 you guys haha"
