"First off, I'll say: They bribe current tenants with gift cards for 5 star reviews so I would take all these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. It's a temporary place to live and that's it. Junior is delightful but beware of John, who is rather two-faced (get everything he says in writing!) My apartment had mice that were never taken care of, along with a leaky window that was also never repaired. They tried but not very hard, it seemed. (The maintenance guy was nice, but overworked, as well.) Regency seemed to need to come into the apartment monthly, which was a pain. Regency also kicked my friend out because they needed to update his apartment but didn't bother to find him a temporary apartment to live in while they were updating. Moving out was such a pain but I was able to get most of my deposit back so that was good. I wouldn't go back - their rent is way too high for the condition of the apartments."
"We lived at regency for a year. JUNIOR deserve more than 5 stars. He takes care of the property and residents with excellence. Always on the move. Every time we needed a service the response was quick, the staff is super friendly and hardworking."
"Regency apartments has been a very comfortable environment to live at. The property manager and his staff have been so absolutely wonderful to me the 2 years I have lived here. John is always so understanding and kind if ever I need a few days to pay rent past the due date, maintenance meet requests a day or two later if not the same day, and staff always takes time out of their day to check in to see how I’m doing or friendly greetings when seeing them. I have been so lucky to stay here at regency because of how comfortable its staff makes us feel. Thank you so much!!!"
