"Older storage facilities are all pretty much the same but what made my rental experience special with Master Mini Warehouse was the people I dealt with. Barb and Roxi were extremely helpful and kind and responded quickly to my requests. For example, one of the wheels popped out of the track in my unit and they promptly called to have it repaired so I could raise the door easily. During my rental period they also resurfaced the driveways to make it safe and easy to drive around. These are definitely not the newest storage units with all the 'environmental controls' and other modern offerings, but they are convenient, reasonably priced, secure and do the job. I would definitely recommend you using this company! And...remember to say hi to the ladies in the office for me!"
