"Live in a sub division a few miles from the store so me and my wife stop in often. We're black and on numerous occasions we've felt like we was watched like thieves. I've had workers quickly come where I'm shopping and act as if they're looking for something or putting something away. One time I let my kids go in while I waited in the car (4 black kids) and I watched the lady quickly come from behind the counter and walk towards the direction my kids went. I then went into the store and sure enough she was in the candy isle acting like she's straighten things up where my kids was purchasing snacks. I understand protecting product because I worked LP for years at best buys but when it's a constant profile of a certain race it's personal. ALL BLACKS DONT STEAL..............."

"This new store, north of Niles on the corner of Old Walton Road and Old U.S. 31, is right on the way to the golf course, which I visit daily (weather pending), making it the perfect place to pick up water and snacks for the course. The ladies working there have been courteous and pleasant and have put up admirably with my shopping "like a guy" techniques and accompanying endless chatter. I'll be a regular during golf weather. The store itself is clean and well-organized. All in all, an excellent shopping experience."

"It was remodeled this year, and now it is more congested and less clean. Very difficult to get around with all the stock carts sitting in the aisles. Workers are friendly and helpful. Overall the store is a disaster."

"The blonde lady whom I am assuming is the manager at this store is very rude . She has very poor people skills no smile no personality. . I think dollar general should reevaluate who they have put in charge of their new store"

"Went for 1 quick item but no staff was there. Lights were on and it was during regular hours. If your not fully staffed don't open. 7pm 12/1"
