"So far our experience with the Niles location has been great. We asked to upgrade our couch set and James made it happen very easily! Would recommend over Aaron's or Z-smart anyday!! I've worked with both and renta center customer service is 1000x better. Never ever go-to z-smart. The manager Chad is an absolute A**!! And con artist.. Aaron's is okay but they act a little ridiculous if you miss a payment due date! Make the right choice and go-to Rent-a-center in Niles!"
"RAC is by far a pretty amazing place to do business with. The gentleman I've dealt with the past few times has been absolutely wonderful and very understanding to my situation. I had been late on our payment for the TV we are renting from them die to me being in the hospital and I stayed in contact with them, letting them know when I 0lanned on hopefully making my payment. When finally going in and being able to pay, I was treated with respect and absolutely no attitude, and he even gave my daughter a quarter so she could get the gumball she was begging me for. So thank you Rent A Center, Niles for being such an awesome company to do business with!"

"Using intimidation to collect payment s and 8 phone calls a day to harass me and then tell me that I want to return it, I don’t remember that; it’s called a hardship, im not working with people who are gonna try and bully me, I will be paying off this piece and never dealing with them again!! Oh and they knock and intimidate my girlfriend while I’m at work for ten min straight, everyday, what a joke!!!"
