"Prices for the majority of clothing in the Niles store is $8.99 which has doubled since I was in a Goodwill store about a year ago. SHAME on Goodwill Industries for gouging the public and being more money hungry than providing a fair priced product to the population they are supposed to serve!!!! Reminder: all their inventory is DONATED AND FREE!!!! Buy new and close to similar price at Walmart which is where I am now!"

"Smaller goodwill, not much to see here but some local residents to get to meet. Might find some furniture or small accessory but count out finding anything worthwhile in terms of long lasting fashion here. Average t shirt is $8 and at that point you’re better off buying a brand new shirt for a couple more bucks."
"This GW is great.. except prices going up almost monthly it seems. Even dollar store items will be priced at $1.99. oh, the good old days of 2019. Doesn't reflect well on this store, but they aren't in charge of setting prices, that comes from corporate. Greed is everywhere."
