"My apartment is all new inside with all new appliances, fixtures and flooring! It feels modern, even with keyless door locks, you just use a code. The management is super hands on at our place and friendly. He seems to really care about the property and people living here. I LOVE this place."
"If I could rate zero stars I would.. I highly do NOT recommend. It is soooo hot and humid in these apartments that the walls melt , yes .. MELT the paint melts off the floors get soooo hot that they become WET & very moist /slippery . The appliances break very easily . The closet door fell off when I opened it . The wood floor is chipping very bad & management is HORRIBE"
"First off, I can’t say enough good things about the Magnolia and their new management/owners! I was skeptical at first because the photos looked so good, but after my tour with Jonah, I loved it! Every single apartment on the site was redone completely and I love their style. And they allow pets! I just moved in but so far it’s been great, my neighbors are friendly, it’s calm & quiet, and management is extremely available / responsive!"
