"The size of the one bedroom apartment is amazing for the price in Kalamazoo. Getting through the application process and nailing down a move in day was a little rough, but every interaction since has been great. The maintenance is wonderful, they are efficient and courteous. Amenities are very nice with 2 pools, fitness center and community events. Very close to shopping & restaurants and only 10 minutes to downtown Kalamazoo."

"Great place to live, very quiet in my area. The grounds team works non-stop and is very impressive. My only complaint would be the salt they use for the sidewalks. My dog’s paws get the “salt/snow” reaction and it hurts him A LOT. I have snow shoes for him, but we both struggle with them (highly entertaining though). There is paw friendly salt, don’t know why they don’t use it knowing there are so many animals here. I’m also surprised we don’t have a dog park in this complex. Otherwise, I love it here. Will probably stay for quite some time."

"The maintenence here is seriously lacking in talent and doing what they say they are gonna do in a timely manner. Some detailed info in work order requests should be utilized by the maintenance team so the tenants know what is going on."

"I left 5 stars because the move in process was fast & easy. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Snow removal was really good and had around the clock removal when needed. Nice apartment and very spacious. Quiet area and neighbors. Grounds are beautiful and kept up on."

"I didn't actually get an apartment here ended up getting one elsewhere. All I can say is they would be better off without Meghan (cry about it) . From troubles to actually getting an apartment to the price of what it is for a single bedroom in comparison to other places, communication here is beyond poor not to mention the lack of maintenance in their parking lot after the snowfall. The real question is what does your money go to? Definitely not service I can tell you that. Apartments however are nice. I would just advise you to keep your options open"
