"Highly recommend never using this place. My son is 4 and mildly autistic, and has never had a professional haircut due to being freaked out by the trimmer noise. We've done his hair a few times at home but it had been over a year, so we decided to go to a professional, and this place had many glowing reviews. We made the appointment online and we mentioned in the notes his autism and this being his first haircut. We arrived on time. He was scared and had to pee, so it took a few minutes to get him settled into a seat We weren't really sure what we wanted for his haircut because of his condition and knew doing his hair every day would be out of the question. So we told the girl that, looking for her opinion based on her expertise, since this is what she does for a living. We tried to find a picture of a previous cut at home that my wife did a pretty good job on, thinking this girl could do it better. I don't remember the girl's name, but I think it was Kelly or Colleen. She became a real C U Next Tuesday about how we had to hurry up and get the haircut started because she had another appointment in 8 minutes. Ok, so you rush the scared autistic kid who you know has never had a haircut because he was scared of the haircut? It's not like he's a normal 6 year old who has had a bunch already. Hey, b####, maybe don't schedule appointments in 15 minute blocks then. Also, there was another stylist there as well, so it's not like she was by herself. I was so close to telling her off and leaving but I thought my wife would be bothered by me making a scene, and she had really wanted my son to get a haircut for this weekend due to his grandma's birthday party happening. Turns out she was really mad too and would have been fine if I had told off this classless b####. Oh well. So yeah, never going back. As far as the haircut itself, it was OK. Wasn't great, but she didn't butcher it either."

"I brought my 11 month old boy here for his first hair cut. The hair stylist Josie was super nice and did a beautiful job. I love how baby friendly this place is and Josie even turned on some cocomelon and that definitely helped keep my baby happy..I love this place! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Josie!"

"Visited this place for my 8 month old’s first and it was a great experience for his milestone. The place is apt for kids and toddlers have options to play around. The hairdresser lady was very patient with my tot and she was very friendly. My son got to be seated in a car-like chair and he had fun, she played cocomelon on the tiny screen accustomed to each seat and it was a great distraction for him to sit still while the cut was happening. It finally ended with a picture, some hair packed and added to a certificate locking this memory for our family and he got a balloon in the end… all smiles and all happy with the haircut!! Must visit for tiny kiddos."
