"My daughter attended this Childtime for about 2 months. I really wanted to love this place because my daughter did. In those two months, she was not helped with potty training which in turn she wet up everything during nap time, the app was not updated as we were told it would be and she had a bad injury in which we were not called for. I did not get an update on the app, not a phone call but an hour later upon pick up. The director was at the front desk talking to another adult but did not stop me to inform me of my child's fall on cement. It was not a little busted lip. She had a cement burn under her nose, skin missing, her lip looked like a bee stung her and there was blood on her coat. It was handled poorly and all that was needed was communication, which was lacked."

"I'm new to the area and I have had such a difficult time finding the right school for my daughter. I'm so happy I found this one! I came in for a tour and met with the Director, Jessica and instantly felt relieved and at ease. There are no complicated rules or hidden fees, everything is clear and presented to parents transparently. I feel so lucky that I was able to have a spot for my daughter within 2 weeks. She loves it! Her teachers give me a detailed report of her day via the app, we also get camera access throughout her day, and cute videos and pictures of their activities. I'm so grateful for Ms. Clarissa and her team, she has made the transition for my child very seamless and she takes the time to update me every single day. There are structured learning activities that are shared with the parents on weekly basis. They also have a music class weekly which is just amazing and my daughter loves it. 10/10 recommend. It's cozy, clean and everyone is very caring and friendly."

"My child attended here from 8 months to 26 months. We only left because we moved to a different area. I highly recommend this daycare. My child learned SO much, it’s amazing. At two he can count to ten, recognize shapes, etc. It’s a nice mix of learning and play here. They play outside every day, usually multiple times per day. The teachers are all very nice. The director and learning manager are both very involved and run a tight ship. You can tell they pay close attention to who they hire. I chose this location because I was nervous about sending my child to daycare for the first time and I loved that they had cameras I could watch. I loved checking in on him with the cameras. Their app is a nice way to stay connected. The teachers post photos, videos, what the child ate, diaper changes, etc I also liked that they provide food, diapers, and wipes. A few less things for the parents to keep track of."

"We're attending summer camp here and this is our first experience with Childtime and we've been really happy with the experience. Everyone is really nice whenever we have questions or concerns (which are very few/far between). Their app to check in on what's going on is really helpful and it's nice to be able to check in and see what your kiddo is up to during the day. We're very happy with the different options for activities and field trips."
