"If your child is energetic or exhibits typical behavior for a child, or is transitioning from another daycare I’d advise against enrolling them in this daycare. I recently moved to Canton and sought a daycare based on positive reviews for my son’s transition. Shortly after enrollment, his behavior changed significantly – biting, screaming, and expressing fear at drop off. He rarely behaves that way. During one particular incident at nap time, he was visibly terrified, screaming, and the teachers seemed unsure how to handle it. Consequently, they contacted me to pick him up. This raised concerns about the staff’s capability to manage a child’s emotions effectively and their experience in child care. While a couple of teachers were supportive, the lead teacher, a slender girl with long brown hair, often appeared distracted by her phone and barely paid attention to the kids, especially during pick-up and drop-off times. Despite my son being potty trained, they never transitioned him to underwear, like he was used to causing a regression. Then, out of the blue, they informed me they “couldn’t meet my son’s needs” and promptly expelled him. The last day I picked him up, he had a bump on his head, and the same teacher who often used her phone had the audacity to blame my son’s pants for his accident. When I asked her to point out what was wrong with his pants, she simply changed the subject and I could tell she didn’t adjust them properly, causing him to fall on his face. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of respect for a 3 year old child. I wish I had never enrolled him in this daycare."

"We brought our kids here after a bad situation at another daycare. Our daughter was triggered and could not regulate her emotions anymore. Paige and the other staff have been amazing! They worked with her on different coping skills advised by her therapist and she went onto kindergarten this fall. She had a hard time trusting non-parental adults and Maybury helped her to know they were going to protect her feelings. She's a completely different child now, it's amazing how much a child can decline in a bad environment in such a short time. It's also amazing how much they can thrive and succeed in a healthy environment. I know she was a handful, but thank you guys for being willing to accept her, love her, and help her out of this."
