"Right on the target! Me and my wife Barbra came here for date night, and my gosh, what a wonderful experience. Barbra's face sure was pretty, but my walleye sandwich was prettier and much more appealing to my taste buds! I got it with a Side of cheese curds and I also had a chocolate malt and my wife had a turtle sundae. Very friendly staff, very polite and professional young people. I couldn't wait to bring Barb here for date night, I literally leaped through those double doors! I also tried the soup, and my goodness golly it was like a firework in my mouth! Drove away in tears in my f-150! I'm going to dream about the cod dinner. Will return soon!"
"This is a rating for Culver's in Canton MI. So bad it almost turned me off for all Culver's. Cold chicken that was supposed to be hot, send it back the girl said they would make a new one but they gave me the same one back still cold .. i told her this is the same salad, she said no she watched them make a new one. But she didn't know i bit a cucumber in half before she took it away and it was still there."

"This review is for Amika. I ordered from the drive-through and was slightly confused about a promotion/coupon. She was so kind in explaining and also made sure I understood/didn't have more questions when I got to the window. I appreciated that she didn't get impatient, condescending, and took the time to help. Being solution-focused (rather than policy-focused) and sounding human are such key aspects of customer service. She ensured I left happy. It was a simple interaction but her kindness was memorable. Thanks, Amika!"
