"Great location in downtown Escanaba near park, lake, library, party store, & restaurants. 1 bdrm apts are small. Best views are on the 12th floor & above. Like all local subsidized apts, the waiting lists are 6-12 months. However, if you are a Senior or disabled person, you can be put at the top of the list. Must pass a background check. I small dog or a cat allowed per apt. No extra pet fee for Sr or a disabled person."

"I am super appreciative of being able to live at Harbor Tower. I was on the 18th floor (top floor). A lot of elderly people lived here so I felt safe, as they were relatively friendly. The size was small but perfect for just me and my cat. There is maintenance on call 24/7 which gave me peace of mind. I would recommend harbor tower for anyone unable to live in a pricy apartment."
