"Normally I would give a 5 but I wasn't impressed this time. The stand next to my bed had garbage on it from whomever stayed prior. There was no fire alarm it was disabled wires hanging down from where the alarm should have been. We got a room with a Jacuzzi. The water wasn't hot it was barely warm the plug wouldn't stay in."
"The Front desk worker for the night shift ( shorter skinny female) was very unprofessional. We had rang the bell several times and it was not working. Our key cards were not working and no response. I had to climb through the window two times in the snow ( once as we were done with the pool and had to walk bare foot in the snow ) she also accused my brothers in law of tampering with the pool, with no evidence. The hot tub was so very disgusting i do not recommend this place at all worst place ever Im never staying here again. Lives up to the super 8 standard for sure"
"Terrible experience with the younger lady at the front desk. I had to witness an argument between her and a guest and I heard her call her the c word and so did my younger children very unprofessional. In this type of industry it is unacceptable. She also kicked my 18 Year old and younger children out of the pool because there wasn’t “adult supervision” and accused them of putting golf balls in the pools even though there was a party going on before hand. Very poor service. The pool was dirty sauna was out of service and they have bed bugs. Terrible I left right away after this experience"
"Check in=0 stars This gal was just plain mean and nasty! Room= Clean! Bed comfy-although better pillows could be used! Check out= Shirley was absolutely a joy! So nice ! And when we forgot something inside the room… she found the time to get for us and have it at the front desk by the time we got back there! All in all… a good stay at Super 8."
"We discovered bed bugs in our room in the middle of the night. The front desk boy was extremely rude and unwilling to assist us in any way. Our toilet was also plugged and when I went to ask for a plunger, he stated "I'm not on the clock anymore." There was a nice woman who showed up for the morning shift and was very apologetic. She came to assist with the toilet issues and stated she would have the owner call us when he returned. We will never stay here again! And probably never at another Super 8 after our horrible experience."
