"Best in town. They make it simple. Their instruction works. Competitive pricing, but moreover, you get only what you need, not a bunch of extra chems you don't need. Two separate pool installers (30+ yrs experience each) I talked to recommend Under the Sun emphatically. Will not go elsewhere."
"The couple who runs the store were the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I asked them if they had digital pool water testing, which clearly offended them. (“We’ve only been doing it this way for 40 years”) When she questioned me on how I was maintaining my pool water, I began to explain to her I’m here from them to explain to me on what I should do (hence the pool water testing) and she absolutely lost it and said “she didn’t want my business”. I came to them for their expert opinion, and clearly have zero respect from the get go. I would never refer ANY business to them."
"Owner was very rude, did not listen but talked a lot about how amazing he is without letting us get much of a word in. The few words we did get in to try to explain what was going on, we were cut off and insulted repeatedly. When checking out said he let's us in his store and only coming in to help people because his wife was sick and did not want to be there to help people and basically lucky to be in his presense. Won't have to worry about helping us again. I have never been treated so poorly. It was shocking."

When we got our first-ever pool this year, I let them know I was a newbie. They have been gracious, patient, specific in their recommendations, and caring about the memories our family is building around the pool.
