"I cannot vouch for the quality of their work. I went to the store and there was a sign on the door that said it had been purchased by a different company and supplied the other companies address. I went to the address but could not find their store."

"They were wonderful! I had a friend ask for 3 pillowcases with names for her newly adopted kids and my embroidery machine went glitchy. Rose's set me up with iron on names in different fonts for each kid in a day and got them printed and steamed on within hours. 2y later, my friend has just asked for a new one for another foster child. I asked and she said that 2y of regular washing and they still look new. And bc it isn't heavy vinyl or embroidery it's super soft when they snuggle up. :) I'll be calling on Monday so it's not last minute this time."

"I ordered sweatshirts for my volleyball team from here two weeks ago. When I placed the order the lady told me she would send me the shirt design the next day to approve it before it was printed. She told me the order would be completed in less than two weeks. Three phone calls and two weeks later I still haven't received a picture of the design or even a call back to let me know the status of my order. Very upset with this poor service and definitely will not be ordering from here again in the future. I usually like to support small, local businesses but my experience here was very disappointing and I won't be coming back!"
