"Worst company ever. A few months back they were moving and made a mess with all the orders; their "relationship manager" Sarah, she went as far as to excuse 10-15 days delay because "we're moving" - after they ended their moving, the bad service continued: (1) orders didn't get shipped in time, (2) wrong tracking numbers are provided, (3) empty boxes shipped, (4) defective products (that were supposed to be discarded) were shipped to customers. (5) the wrong item was shipped EVERY DAY to someone. I honestly think that the reviews below are fake because it can't be that this mediocre company has anyone rooting for them."
"It took me a little longer then planned to go meet up with the delivery truck but Renard who delivered my cargo was extremely patient & pleasant and went out of his way to help me get the heavy package into my garage and place it in the difficult location I had picked. Thank you Ranard, We could all learn from your thoughtfulness & kindness. It was an absolute pleasure coordinating this with you."
"Was very pleased with the service from Ranard today. He called with estimated arrival time, arrived on time in spite of the snow, backed right up to my garage and got the pallet unloaded. Friendly and professional. One of my best experiences with a drop shipment yet!"
