"This place does not exist at this address, i went there since i've been having so many problems getting my washer and dryer delivered but rxo is not in this building. Rxo is the worst company i have ever had to deal with in my life, if you order something and they are the delivery company you should cancel your order and go somewhere else. My items from Sam's were supposed to be delivered wed nov 29th, they called after the scheduled window saying the truck broke down and they didn't reschedule so the next day i called them and the manager said it would be delivered sat morning but it's not here and no one has contacted me again to tell me what happened or to schedule another time, i waited 4 hours to get ahold of someone from rxo and no one there can tell me where my items are or when they'll be delivered and sam's says the site can not be reached for tracking and their back office will get ahold of me whenever they get to it.every single number i can find for rxo sends me to their call center where no one can help me...clearly this building is dte not rxo"

"I am super happy with the delivery of my new refrigerator. The actual process of getting it into my 100 year old house was not easy for the delivery dudes but they were calm, made some minor changes (took doors off, removed handles) and successfully got it up stairs and into place seamlessly. And instead of putting my old working refrigerator on their truck, at my request, they put it in my basement to be a back up. They fixed everything they undid to get the new one in place. Friendly, professional, efficient. Thank you."
